Booking Information for Straight Up Dance & Theatre School Classes (Dance & Musical Theatre) Important Notice for Parents:
To ensure that your child can fully engage with their lessons, parents are not allowed to wait inside the room or studio while classes are in session. What to Bring: A bottle of water and x1 small snack (no nuts, juice or fizzy drinks, please). What to Wear: Uniform top/jumper paired with plain black leggings, long cycling shorts, or jogging bottoms. Proper footwear is essential: Trainers or Plimsolls with socks are required (No Uggs, Boots, or Sandals to avoid injury). New students: Please wear comfortable clothing and trainers for your first class. Automatic Enrolment:
Once your child is enrolled, they will automatically be re-enrolled for future terms unless you inform us otherwise. Prior to each new term, you will receive a confirmation email. Please check your junk mail regularly to ensure you receive all communications. Policies and Procedures:

Our classes are vibrant, fun and high energy! Terms and Conditions: Booking and Payment: All registrations and payments must be made through our website using our subscription service, which is the only accepted method. Trial Period: We offer a 2-week paid trial period. After the second trial session, you will receive an email with the option to enrol in ongoing classes. Monthly Fees: Fees are automatically deducted on the 1st of each month. Payments not received by this date will incur a £10 late fee. Pro-Rata Fees: Our fees are evenly distributed across 12 monthly payments, making them more manageable. Non-Refundable Payments: All fees and payments related to shows are non-refundable. Cancellation Policy: To cancel your membership, we require written notice at least one month in advance, along with payment of any outstanding fees.
